We give an approximate output for hourly work. Please be aware that these are just estimates, and we cannot guarantee accommodating a particular number of guests.

Balloon Twisting only (no Face Painting): 12-30 balloons per hour, depending on complexity.

Face Painting only (no Balloon Twisting): 12-15 paintings per hour, depending on complexity.

Combo Balloon Twisting + Face Painting: 6-9 per hour, depending on complexity.

If your event is held outdoors, you must have a contingency plan in place to move indoors in case of inclement weather, such as rain or extreme temperatures below 50°F or above 95°F. Our artists, professional equipment, and materials require shade and/or a climate-controlled area to provide services.

Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the booking will be cancelled, and the reservation will be made available to other interested parties.

The initial payment serves as a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee. The client agrees that this fee is reasonable compensation for the business committing to provide the services and declining other potential clients.

Please note that an adult must be present at all times, and the supervision of children is solely the responsibility of their guardian(s). Our entertainers provide twisting/painting services only, and cannot safely supervise children while working.

You should also be aware that balloons or their parts can pose a choking hazard to children and pets.

Before booking with us, please make sure that there is parking available on site. If you think the parking lots will fill up before the artist's booking time, you should either reserve parking spots or schedule an earlier time. You are responsible for validating parking fees yourself or having them added to your invoice.
